In the Google AdWords program, Actual Cost-Per-Click (CPC) is the amount you’ll actually pay for a click on your ad. The AdWords Discounter automatically gives the lowest possible price for you to maintain your ad’s position. Actual CPC will be equal to or less than the CPC bid specified for your ad group or keyword.
