Billing Threshold - Definition
When you first open a Google AdWords account, you will receive an initial account billing threshold so your ads can start running right away. You will be billed within 30 days or when you reach this billing threshold. If you reach the billing threshold within 30 days, your limit will be raised for your next billing cycle.
