Browser - Definition
A Browser is a software application that enables a user to view and interact with all the information on the World Wide Web. It is essentially whatever software is used to access a web site. This will usually be things like Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari, but will also commonly be things like Googlebot (an automated robot that scours the web for web site content to include in its search engine).
