Cybersquatting - Definition
Cybersquatting is using a domain name with bad-faith intent to profit from the goodwill of a trademark belonging to someone else or holding a domain name hostage until you are payed a large sum for it. Typosquatting is a form of cybersquatting, based on the probability that a certain number of Internet users will mistype the name of a URL when surfing. Such sites aren’t allowed to run the AdSense ad code.
