Overdelivery Credit - Definition
In the Google AdWords program, an Overdelivery Credit will be applied back to your account if Google delivers more clicks than your budget allows in any given billing period. Google does not charge you for these extra clicks and automatically issues you a credit on your invoice. Nevertheless, these extra clicks will be noted and then displayed on your reports so that you have an accurate record of your total clicks.
