Starter Edition - Definition
In the Google AdWords program, Starter Edition refers to a simplified version of AdWords that allows users to create an account with a single ad, using a one page sign up form. Starter Edition is an excellent way to get your ads up and running when you want to advertise a single product to a specific audience. It does come with limitations: only text ads and keyword targeting are allowed, and only one ad campaign is possible. Starter Edition users can, if they like, graduate to the full-featured Standard Edition of AdWords.
