Value / Click - Definition
In the Google AdWords program, Value / Click refers to the conversion value that is generated for every user click. For example: Value / Click = Total value (total_value) / Total number of ad clicks (num_clicks). Conversions are only counted on Google and on some of the Google Network sites or products. The conversion rate will then be adjusted to reflect only the ad clicks on which Google can track conversions.
